Ingredients

4 Tbs. butter
2 C. roast beef or steak, cold and chopped
2 C. potatoes, boiled and chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 C. beef gravy or hot water

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally, and brown hash.
