Slice zucchini into thin or thick slices (however you prefer.) Place slices on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil. Spray tops of the slices with butter spray. Bake for 10 minutes @ 350.
Take zucchini out of the oven. Spread with pizza sauce. Put one pepperoni per slice. Then top with mozz. cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
