Ingredients

6 large
yellow squash
1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
self-rising buttermilk corn meal
2 large
egg yolks
1 large
onion
3 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
canola oil

Step-By-Step

1wash peal and shred the yellow squash
2mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl except canola oil
3heat canola oil in drying pan until sizzling- then spoon the mixture into the hot oil - fry until golden brown.
