There are many versions of this recipe out there. This is the version my family has always preferred.

Always a crowd please at a potluck or brunch.

Ingredients

2 pkg
crescent rolls
1 - 8 oz pkg
cream cheese
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
mayonnaise
1 pkg
dry ranch dressing mix
3/4 c
fresh broccoli, finely chopped
1 c
fresh cauliflower, finely chopped
3/4 c
fresh carrots, finely chopped
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
2Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix in a small mixing bowl with electric mixer. Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
3Top with chopped vegetables. Pat gently into cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese and press gently.
4Chill. Cut into squares.
