Ingredients For tomato tart

1 sheetfrozen puff pastry
-
flour for rolling
-
olive oil for brushing
-
1/2 cgrated white cheddar cheese
-
4-5italian plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch slices

salt and ground pepper
-
2 Tbspfresh thyme leaves, chopped fine

1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make tomato tart

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Remove puff pastry from freezer and let thaw for 20 minutes.

3Roll out pastry, using flour to prevent sticking to board, to fit tart pan. Lay in tart pan and brush lightly with olive oil.

4Top pastry with cheddar cheese, tomato slices and salt and pepper. Sprinkle thyme leaves and Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done. Cool before slicing and serving.
