Ingredients For three-cheese garden pizza

  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 md
    tomato, sliced *see notes above
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 1 md
    zucchini, sliced
  • 1 sm
    onion, sliced
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmean cheese

How To Make three-cheese garden pizza

    Preheat oven to 400. Unroll pizza crust dough onto a greased 14-inch pizza pan. Pat out dough to edges. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven.

    Spread garlic onto crust; sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Top with tomato and Italian seasoning. Layer zucchini, onion and mushrooms over tomato; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Cut into wedges; serve.
