Ingredients

1 can(s)
(16 ounces) jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
8 oz
cream cheese, room temp.
5 slice
bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 c
onions, very finely minced
1 tsp
garlic, very finely minced -or- you can use 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix cream cheese, bacon, onions, and garlic. Stuff into jalapeno halves. Serve chilled.

NOTE: I use the Faro brand of peppers. They have a great flavor.

    Do you use the crate Jalapeno cooking tray. i found it only works well with extremely large Japs.

    Hi Wendy,
    These are not cooked. The peppers are the canned, pickled type. You just stuff them with the filling and enjoy :-)

    Thats interesting , I've never seen a whole pickled jap in the market. Ty Sounds delish!

    If you can find the Faro brand (canned, pickled) they are already halved and the seeds taken out...lots easier.
    But we do have the whole peppers in the can here.
