- (16 ounces) jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, room temp.
- 5 slice
- bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/3 c
- onions, very finely minced
- 1 tsp
- garlic, very finely minced -or- you can use 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1Mix cream cheese, bacon, onions, and garlic. Stuff into jalapeno halves. Serve chilled.
2NOTE: I use the Faro brand of peppers. They have a great flavor.
