spinach-feta cheese dip

I cam across this in mt Taste of Home magazine. Fixed it for a party and nothing was left. So that was my clue it was GOOD..

Ingredients For spinach-feta cheese dip

  • 1 pkg
    knorr vegetable dip
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    mayo ( i use hellman's)
  • 1 1/2 c
    feta cheese
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts drained
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry

How To Make spinach-feta cheese dip

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup feta cheese. Grease baking dish and add mix to it and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 35 mins.. or until edges brown ..

    Serve with ritz crackers. alternate: Substitute feta cheese with cheddar cheese and add 1 can artichokes Bake as above.. Note: when i made this I added cheddar cheese along with the feta and artichokes.
