I love the tart/sweet sensation of cranberries but wanted to try something savory w/ cranberries. These are excellent for your holiday entertaining. They can be made in advance and stored in fridge. The cranberries and green onions lend a festive look to your table. The sweet/savory combination of cranberries, feta cheese, and green onions make them particularly tasty. NOTE: Feta cheese is naturally salty. Compare your local brands to find the lowest sodium content.

Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap and chill in fridge for @ least an hour. These can be made up to 1 day in advance. After chilling; remove wrap and slice off the ends about 1 inch on each side. Slice remaining roll into 10 slices. Be careful not to slice too thin; they will not stay together. Place on serving platter and garnish as desired.
