Ingredients For puffed up chicken/spinach puffs

2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

3 Tbspchopped onion

3 tspminced garlic
-
3 cbaby spinach
-
1-1/2 clow-fat ricaotta cheese
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
6 Tbspsoftened butter
-
310 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make puffed up chicken/spinach puffs

1Spray lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Heat ovem to 325, lightly spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over madium-low heat. Cook and stir, chicken cubes, onion and garlic for 5 mins.

2Stir in spinach. Cook, stirring until spinach is wilted, about 5 mins. Transfer mix to lg bowl. Combine w/ ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and butter. Mix until creamy.

3Unroll dough and pinch 2 triangles together to make a rectangle. Repeat w/ remaining dough. Place about 1 tbsp of mix onto center of each recatngle. Fold corners together and pinch to seal. Place puffs on baking sheet. Bake 12 mins, or until golden brown.
