bacon, fried and crumbled
fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter
Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.
Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.
Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.
