This recipe was taken from the first cookbook from Midway Baptist Church. Submitted by Judy Quillin - I doubled this recipe to make a bigger batch.

- peas, drained
- 4 Tbsp
- milk or cream
- 1 c
- grated mild cheese
- salt & pepper
1Pour peas into buttered baking dish.
2Sprinkle with salt & pepper; add milk. Sprinkle cheese on top of peas. Broil under medium heat until lightly brown.
3Sprinkle with paprika. Serve Hot
