Ingredients

2 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese, softened
2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp
pimento, chopped finely
1 Tbsp
green pepper, chopped finely
1 Tbsp
onion, chopped finely
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
cayanne red pepper, dash
salt, dash
1 c
or so, pecans, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix well, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
2Mix rest of ingredients, except pecans. Add to cheeses and mix well again.
3Refridgerate overnight.
4Roll into ball and then into chopped pecans.
5NOTE: Sometimes I roll into a log, then into pecans.
