Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Position a baking rack on top of a baking sheet and spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.Set aside.
In a shallow bowl,whisk together the flour,sea salt,1 teaspoon italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper.In a medium mixing bowl,combine alfredo sauce and dry onion soup mix,stir together until blended.
In a another shallow bowl,stir together the bread crumbs with the remaining italian seasoning and seasoned pepper.
Dredge an avocado slices in the flour mixture,coating it
completely.Shake off any excess and dip into the alfredo sauce and then coat completely with the panko mixture.
Place on the prepared baking rack.Repeat with remaining slices.Spray each avocado generously with more non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until coating is crisp and golden brown.Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
To prepare Spicy Parmesan Dipping Sauce:in a medium bowl,combine cream cheese,sour cream,sriracha,shredded parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes,whisk together until smooth and creamy.
