This is a great party dip, and a good way to serve black-eyed peas during a New-Years celebration!

Ingredients For new years dip

  • 2 can
    black-eyed peas
  • 2 can
    white shoepeg corn or southwestern corn
  • 1 lg
    tomato
  • 1 lg
    green pepper
  • 1 lg
    red pepper
  • 1 lg
    yellow pepper
  • 1 lg
    orange pepper
  • 1 lg
    purple onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek or italian seasoning (your taste)
  • 1 bottle
    italian dressing

How To Make new years dip

    Rinse and drain peas and corn; place in large bowl. Dice vegetables; add. Add seasoning, salt and pepper and bottle of salad dressing. Stir til well combined.

    This is best if made the day before and refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with Tortilla chips or crackers.

    You can make this your own by adding anything to your liking. If I have cilantro on hand; it usually goes in.
