  In bowl, combine bisquick, cheese & pepper; mix well. Add eggs; mix well. Add zucchini; mix well.

  In skillet, heat oil & drop mixture by 2 Tbsp per round, flatten. Cook 2 - 3 minutes on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
