Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This recipe is so simple and very delicious! Serve with toritlla chips or your favorite bread.
I often double this recipe as it goes really fast. And there is never any left over. It's THAT good!

Ingredients

2 pkg
cream cheese softened
1 pkg
frozen spinach-thawed and drained
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts- rinced and finely chopped
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
parmesan cheese- grated
1/4 c
parmesan cheese-shredded
2 clove
garlic-minced

Step-By-Step

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and grated parmesan cheese in medium sized bowl. Mix until well blended.
3Fold in spinach and chopped artichokes.

Spead into ungreased casserole dish or 9" glass pie plate.
4Top with shredded parmesan.

Bake approx. 25-30 minutes until bubbling and top is lighted browned.

Serve Hot!
