Ingredients For hot asparagus dip

  • 1 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese (about 7 oz.)
  • 2 can
    15 oz each cut asparagus spears, drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • pepper to taste

How To Make hot asparagus dip

  • 1
    Grate (chop) cheese in food processor. Add other ingredients and process until blended. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly brown and bubbling. Serve hot with crackers or large corn chips
