My BFF who passed away a few years ago taught me how to make these. She used to bring them to all of our dinner parties and everyone would go nuts over them! I make them now and everyone still does. These are great for holidays and special occasions!

Ingredients For ham rolls

  • 1 pkg
    (12-16 oz.) sliced ham luncheon meat (rectangular shaped works best)
  • 3 pkg
    (8 oz.) brick of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch
    green onions

How To Make ham rolls

  • 1
    Lay the ham slices on a flat surface and pat dry with a clean towel. spread with cream cheese over ham slices.

    Place one green onion on each ham slice. Roll the ham slices tightly. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

    Cut into bite sized pieces and serve.
