Grilled Portabella Mushroom Steak

Megan Todd

Ok, I'm not gonna lie, I am totally not a fan of any kind of mushrooms. So why do I make them you ask, because my husband and several of my family members are. So I had to give this recipe a whirl years ago, & have got to say... it was a huge hit. My Aunt and grandmother often call for the recipe.

You can prepare as an appetizer, or as a main course for vegetarians, or make it a burger, just put on a kaiser roll, add mozzarella cheese and lettuce & tomato & onion.

This is another favorite of my husband's, he likes any left overs for his lunch the next day!
