Grandma Ferrante's Zucchini Appetizers

We all love anything Grandma cooked.

Ingredients

3 c
thinly sliced zucchini
1 c
bisquick baking mix
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
pepper to taste
1 clove
garlic
1/4 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c
bread crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 13x9x2 baking dish that has been oiled and dusted with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
