Fresh Tomato Parmesan Appetizer

- loaf baguette-style french bread
- 1 or 2
- roma or any kind of plum tomatoes
- parmesan cheese, grated
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- olive oil
1Cut the bread into thin slices with a sharp serrated knife. On each slice, place one thin slice of tomato, grated parmesan, salt & pepper to taste, and a dash of garlic powder.
2Drizzle with small amount of olive oil over the tops. Broil until warm and the cheese is heated, so watch closely not to burn. Serve warm.
