Fresh Creamy Ham Salad

This is GREAT on sandwiches or stuff cherry tomatoes. A wonderful appetizer for the holidays!

I put 1/2 of my ham steak in a pot of beans.
I then whip up some wonderful ham salad with the other half.
My mother was visiting me and I made some of this thinking it was no big deal, but it was a big deal to her. She begged me to write it down next time I make it.

Once you make this you won't ever buy it again.

3 sprig(s)
fresh parsley
1 tsp
fresh rosemary
whole scallions
ham steak (smoked) diced up / should be about 2 cups
1/8 tsp
minced garlic
green olives
1 c
real mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
yellow mustard


Step 1 Direction Photo

1First add your parsley, rosemary, scallions, minced garlic and green olives.

2put in your cubes ham: this is everything in the processor

3Let it run until all chopped (less then a minute).

4add the mayo and mustard and let that run just until blended.

5Your done!
