Cook hard-boiled eggs. It takes 5-7 minutes to boil them.
Cool down the eggs. Meanwhile prepare the French toasts. Preheat one table spoon of olive oil on a large frying pan. Put a few pieces of bread into the frying pan and slightly fry them around. Put the toasts on the plate.
Grate the carrots, cheese and eggs on a medium grater. Crush the garlic in a blender, mix with mayonnaise. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
The best way to serve this dish for the holiday in a form of little sandwiches with topping with parsley. For a family dinner I serve salad and toasts separately. Enjoy!
