Fast/Healthy Kid-Adult Bean/Cheese Lavash Rollups

So fast and easy, and what a wonderful feeling too: feeding your Children or yourself a healthy snack!

Ingredients

1 slice
joseph's whole wheat lavash bread w/flax & oats
1/4 to 1/2 c
refried beans ... i use taco bell's
1/4 to 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
Sprinkle
hot sauce of your choice (optional)
Chopped
tomato's, onions, lettuce, chopped olive's, and sour cream (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Spread Refried Beans on one piece of Joseph's Lavash Bread. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Add several dashes of hot sauce if desired.
2Roll Lavash Jelly Roll Style, and microwave just long enough to heat cheese. The Jelly Roll can now be cut into 1" (or larger) pieces.
3You can now top with any/all of the optional ingredients if desired! Enjoy!
