Ingredients

balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

romaine lettuce mix
1 1/2 c
thinly sliced unpeeled cooking apples (such as mcintosh)
1/2 c
dried cranberries
1/2 c
sliced almonds, toasted

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 5 ingredients in small cup.
2Combine remaining 4 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil mixture. Toss.
