Easy Artichoke Dip

Another old recipe I came across, and thought I would share! My sister and I have been making this for years! We made this as teenagers at home, so I'm sure it was a recipe of Mom's. Who knows where she got it???

This is delicious! So easy too! Enjoy!

Ingredients

14 oz
artichoke hearts, canned
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
garlic salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Drain artichokes and chop coarsely.

Mix all ingredients together.
2Spread into a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve hot!!!
3Great with your favorite crackers!
