Use either a crepe pan or small fry pan to make crepes I have a 40 year old electric crepe pan and each time I want to use it , I check to see if it still works

Ingredients

12
crepes
10 oz
frozen chopped sopinach
4 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
flour
1 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp
graded onion
melted butter
grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Cook spinach and drain well Set aside
3Melt butter n sauce pan Remove from heat stir in flour
4Add milk ..Return to heat and stir till thickened
5Add salt, nutmeg , pepper ,cheese,onion and spinach,
6Heat till cheese is melted
7Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture on each crepe. on browned side and roll up
8Place crepes in 9x9 buttered pan sprinkle with melted butte and grated cheese
9Bake till hot
