Ingredients For cowboy caviar

  • 2 can
    field peas
  • 1 can
    yellow corn
  • 1 can
    white corn
  • 1 can
    black beans
  • 2 can
    small cans chopped chilies
  • 1 can
    black olives
  • 2 lg
    chopped tomatoes
  • 2 bunch
    scallions
  • 1 bottle
    16 ounce italian dressing
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper
  • 2 slice
    jalapeno peppers (seeds removed) chopped

How To Make cowboy caviar

    rinse all beans, drain black olives, throw all in large mixing bowl, pour over Italian Dressing and refrigerate.
