Ingredients For colorful bell pepper rollups

1bell pepper of each color - red, orange, green and yellow

24mini tortillas (soft taco size)

1 smtub of soft cream cheese
How To Make colorful bell pepper rollups

1Wash peppers thoroughly and cut into strips.

2Spread a layer of cream cheese on a tortilla.

3Place one strip of each color pepper on the cream cheese and roll up the tortilla.

4Cut into rounds.
