I CAME UP WITH THIS RECIPE TO GET ALL THE FLAVOR OF A POPPER WITHOUT HAVING TO STUFF THE PEPPERS.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
sliced deli ham or pruscuitto
1 pkg
cream cheese
1 c
shredded cracker barrell cheddar
3-4
diced jalapenos-seeds removed, or roasted jalapenos, or pickled jalapenos-your choice
1 lb
crispy crumbled bacon or a jar of real bacon bits

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

SPRAY A MUFFIN TIN AND LINE TINS WITH HAM TO MAKE A CUP.
2MIX CHEESES AND PEPPERS.

PLACE TWO TABLESPOONS OF MIX INTO EACH HAM CUP.

TOP WITH BACON
3BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE BUBBLES, BACON IS EXTRA CRISPY AND HAM IS BROWNED ON ALL EDGES-ABOUT 30-35 MINS.
