Ingredients

greek low fat yogurt
1` tsp
olive oil

VEGETABLE PLATTER INGREDIENTS

carrots, cut into sticks

celery ribs, cut into 3" pieces

zucchini, cut into sticks
1
cucumber, peeled & cut into sticks
1
red bell pepper, cut into strips
1
green bell pepper, cut into strips

Step-By-Step

1Whisk first three ingredients together until well blended.

Store in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving (will keep for several days if refrigerated)
2Serve with vegetable platter and feel virtuous since there are only about 20 calories per serving.
