Just had this at a friends, I've never seen veggies disappear so fast before. Out of the oven and poof empty baking dish.

Ingredients

1 lb
cauliflower fresh or frozen
3/4 c
buttermilk
1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
coarse sea salt
3/4 c
buffalo sauce( mild to hot depending on you)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450 F.

2break apart head of cauliflower into florets, or if using frozen thaw .

3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, buttermilk, salt and garlic powder. Whisk, until smooth. Add cauliflower, toss to coat. Transfer to baking dish,bake 15-20 minutes, check at 15min. Mark...

4Once the cauliflower is baked, pour the buffalo sauce over cauliflower, lightly toss to coat. Stick bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes.......serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing/dip, watch it disappear.
