- bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp
- baking powder
- 4 Tbsp
- cold butter or margarine
- 1 c
- chopped sauerkraut, the kind in a jar by the chilled section pickles,etc.
- 1 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- caraway seeds, optional
1Combine Bisquick, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter.
Add rinsed,sauerkraut, drained and patted a little dry with a paper towel; add milk. Mix well.
Roll out as for pie crust on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut small round disks with a cookie cutter.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400^ for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
