Black Bean and Corn Salad

This is A Great Salad By Itself or Served with Some Lightly Salted Blue Corn Chips.

1 - 14oz. can of black beans
1 small can of yellow and white corn mixed
1 small can of chopped mild chiles
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
juice of 1 whole lime
3 green onions with green tops sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced/chopped finely
2 tablesppons of chopped pickled jalapenos
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine All Ingredients Together in A Medium Plastic or Glass Bowl and Make Sure to Cover - Chill for 1- 2 Hours and Serve
