red potatoes, small ( washed, not peeled)
seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut them into quarters or halves depending on size of potatoe
Wrap whole or half slice of bacon around potato and place in a 13 x 9" baking dish with flat side of potato down.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste
Place into a preheated 425* oven and cook for 30 mintutes. Turn potatoes and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
