Ingredients

1/2 pkg
bacon
4 large
avacados
1 large
jicama
3 c
panko crumbs
1/4 c
sesame seeds
1/8 tsp
celery salt
1/8 tsp
paprika
1/8 tsp
crushed red pepper
dash
dill
dash
black pepper
1 Tbsp
sun dried tomato, finely chopped
1 Tbsp
chives, finely chopped
1/2 c
cherry balsamic, reduced

Step-By-Step

1Fry until crispy half a pound of bacon then fine chop and set aside on a paper towel to drain.

2Peel and smoosh 4 large avocados until they can be mixed but are still lumpy.

3Peel and cut jicama into two inch sticks about the thickness of a sharpie and set aside.

4Gently mix the bacon into the avocado.

5Toss the rest of the ingredients to fully mix then pour onto a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees until just toasted. Be careful not to let them burn.

6Form the avocado mixture into balls about 1 ½ inch in diameter.

7Roll the bombs in the Panko crumb mixture until completely coated.

8Insert a jicama stick into each one and drizzle the bottoms with cherry balsamic. Serve standing up on a tray or in shot glasses.
