I received this recipe from my good friend Jama. I always keep ingredients on hand for those suprise visitors. It is easy to prepare and always a hit. Just don't tell them the ingredients till they tell you how much they love it. Arichokes are unusual and people think they will not like them.

Ingredients For artichock dip

1 14oz canartichoke hearts, canned
-
1 8oz boxparmesan cheese
-
1 8oz jarmayonnaise
-
optional can3 t diced black olives
-
optional candiced mushrooms
How To Make artichock dip

1Mash Artichokes till fine. Add parmesan cheese and mayo. Mix till blended. Add any optional ingredients and blend.

2Bake in a shallow baking dish or two, it makes alot. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till golden brown. Serve with Crackers of choice. I prefer Sociables or Wheat Thins.
