Ingredients

1 1/2 c
bisquick mix
1/2 lb
jimmy dean sausage-hot
1/2 lb
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c
cream cheese
2
eggs, beaten
1 pkg
pork coating mix
10
fresh jalapenos with stems attached

Step-By-Step

1Carefully cut jalapenos up to stem cap.
2Remove seeds.
3Fill jalapenos with cream cheese and close.
4Combine bisquick, sausage and cheddar cheese and divide into 10 equal portions.
5Cover each jalapeno, pressing the bisquick firmly onto the jalapenos, leaving the stem of the jalapenos sticking out.
6Dip each jalapeno in beaten egg, then roll in pork coating mix to cover.
7On a baking sheet bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
