If you have a pizza stone that would be best...If not, it's OK! Since I use a pizza stone I'll write the recipe for one.
Separate biscuits horizontally so you have 20 halves. Arrange 6 with edges touching in center of stone in a circle. Arrange remaining in another circle around the center ring. Press the biscuits together to seal but leave the outside edges so it creates a scalloped effect. Brush olive oil over biscuits.
In a batter bowl mix remaining ingredients (except cheese) together. Spread evenly over biscuits.
Bake 15-17 minutes at 400 or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle grated cheese over biscuits.
