Tortilla rolls with salmon or ham

You can choose you own staffing, I only suggest the idea of very tasty and nice looking dish! Enjoy!

Originally I'm not from USA, so I used to prepare these rolls with Armenian lavash. But as it turned out tortillas fit just fine.

Ingredients

tortillas, flour
200-300 g
sliced salmon
300 g
sliced hum
200-300 g
processed cheese
dill, fresh
1-2 clove
garlic

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Crush dill and garlic into the blender.

2Spread processed cheese on the tortillas. Put the salmon on the top. Add some crushed dill and garlic.

Roll carefully and put it into the freezer for 10-15 min.

3Follow all of the directions above, make the same rolls, but use ham instead of salmon.

Step 4 Direction Photo

4Cut the rolls into equal peaces. Serve as a cool appetizer. Enjoy!
