Every summer I would vacation in Kennebunkport Maine and would frequent the famous local seafood restaurant and I became friends with one of the cooks . For the seafood lovers here is a quick easy RICH DECADENT SIMPLE
dish to make...and the rewards are so great..

cream of shrimps soup
1 c
1 small
schallot dice finely
2 Tbsp
1/4 c
sherry or while wine
1 lb
lobster meat
16 oz
king crab meat
1/2 lb
shrimp, peeled and deveined and 1/2 done(two minutes on each side)
1 pkg
frozen puff pastry
1 clove
sliced garlic
1 pinch
white pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven at 375
Align ramekins.
Sautee the shallot in garlic and butter until clear and fragrant. Add spices.
Add sherry or wine and reduce by about half.
Add soup and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cream and add seafood.
Ladle seafood mixture into ramequins and top with either a circle of puff pastry or basket weaves which I like to do.
Simply bake it until golden and bubbly. About 20 minutes.
