That Shrimp Stuff

I made this for my son's wedding. Everyone wanted to know "What's in that shrimp stuff?" hence the name.

pinch tips: How to Peel & Devein Shrimp




2 stick
cartons spreadable cream cheese
1 Tbsp
white wine
1 1/2 lb
boiled seasoned shrimp
chopped onion
lemon zest to taste
garlic powder,cayene pepper, lemon pepper, salt to taste
party crackers or melba toast

Directions Step-By-Step

Toss butter, cream cheese, seasonings, and wine into blender and pulse. Toss in shrimp and lemon zest,and onion and pulse. It can be used as a dip, piped onto crackers, or rolled into a ball and rolled in chopped pecans, or red pepper. Just be careful not to use too much red pepper!!!
