thai sweet red chili sauce
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Move top rack to the second position in the oven.
Preheat the broiler to High heat.
Peel the shrimp and place 4 shrimp on each skewer.
Brush the sweet chili sauce over the shrimp, and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet.
Place under the broiler and cook until shrimp are pink.
Remove, let cool and serve.
