Sweet Thai Shrimp

- 1/4 c
- thai sweet red chili sauce
- 1 lb
- medium shrimp
- 8 small
- bamboo skewers
1Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2Move top rack to the second position in the oven.
Preheat the broiler to High heat.
3Peel the shrimp and place 4 shrimp on each skewer.
4Brush the sweet chili sauce over the shrimp, and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet.
5Place under the broiler and cook until shrimp are pink.
6Remove, let cool and serve.
