Ingredients

2 lb
crabmeat, fresh
4 stick
butter
2 large
onions
2 large
eggs
1 c
bread crumbs
1/2 c
celery chopped fine
1/2 c
bell pepper chopped fine
1/4 c
parsley flakes
creole seasoning to taste

Step-By-Step

1Sauté onions in butter for approximately 5 minutes.
2Add crab meat and cook an additional 5 minutes.
3Add parsley, celery, bell pepper and seasoning.Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
4Add eggs, & bread crumbs and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
5Stuff mixture into crab shells and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake in 350°F. oven for 30 minutes, or deep fry until golden brown.
