sriracha hot chili sauce
2 tsp
soy sauce
1 lb
thick sliced bacon

1Place shrimp in bowl with cover and sprinkle with soy sauce and garlic

Add enough Sriracha sauce to coat the shrimp

Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray (you may need two sheeets depending on how much shrimp you are cooking)

Remove shrimp from fridge and pour into colander to drain

Cut bacon slices in half
3Cook bacon until just limp on electric griddle at medium high heat (or in heavy skillet)

Place on paper towels to drain fat
4Take one shrimp and wrap a slice of bacon around it

Continue wrapping each shrimp with bacon until all shrimp is wrapped.
