My old boss from the frame shop would bring this to all of our work parties. All of us girls just loved it! I like to use a bunch of green onions instead of a small onion. It tastes really good, and that's how I prefer it, but it's still good the original way too! Give it a try! Enjoy!

Soak the shrimp in ice water for 10 to 15 minutes.

While the shrimp are soaking, cream the mayo and cream cheese together. I use my mixer to get it nice and smooth. Mix in the onion.
  • 4
Drain the water off of the shrimp, and squeeze out excess water. I do this in my hands. Then gently shred the shrimp, and mix into the cream cheese and mayo.
