I got this recipe from a real estate agent a long time ago,but the recipe is still good today.

Ingredients

1 c
sifted flour
1 c
water
1/2 c
butter
1/2 tsp
salt
4
eggs

FILLING;

1 can(s)
or 1 frozen package crab meat
1 can(s)
shrimp
1 c
mushroom soup
1/4 c
green pepper, minced
1 small
jar pimiento, chopped
1/4 tsp
salt
dash(es)
cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp
sherry
1 c
buttered bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

To make the puffs: Mix flour & salt. Heat water & butter in saucepan until butter melts. Add flour all at once & beat vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Drop small teaspoonsful on greased baking sheet one inch apart.
Bake at 400^ for 15-25 minutes; watching closely.
Split when cool & fill with seafood filling.

Filling: Combine all ingredients. Fill puffs and put on cookie sheets.
Bake at 350^ for 8-10 minutes.
Will fill about 50 puffs.
