Ingredients

1 lb
canned red salmon, drained
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
2 tsp
onion, grated
1 tsp
horseradish
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
pecans, chopped
4 Tbsp
parsley, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Flake salmon and mix well with cream cheese, onion, horseradish and salt. Divide mixture and roll into logs.

Mix together nuts and parsley; roll each salmon log into mixture. Wrap, chill. Slice into 1/4" slices.
