Salmon Spread - Smoked or Not Smoked

- salmon - drained *see notes
- 1/4 Tbsp
- liquid smoke flavoring * see notes
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp
- 1/4 c
- chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice
1Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
2Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
3Chill for at least 8 hours.
4Serve with crackers or sliced sour dough bread.
I do not give a can size in my recipe because you can used as much or as little salmon as your taste dictates.
If you do not care for the flavor of smoked products, omit the liquid smoke flavoring.
If you do like the taste of smoked products you might consider using smoked salmon rather than canned salmon.
